A high-energy, youth-driven fashion and wellness brand is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support influencer campaigns, brand activations, and digital marketing initiatives across the Canada. This fully remote role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, trend-forward environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the planning and execution of pop-ups, live events, and influencer activations 
  • Represent the brand on-site and help coordinate event setup, logistics, and real-time audience engagement 
  • Organize and manage product seeding and logistics for influencer and ambassador campaigns 
  • Capture and catalog content (video, photo) for use across platforms like TikTok and Instagram 
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and collaborators to ensure smooth campaign execution 
  • Contribute ideas to seasonal campaigns and cultural trend integrations 
  • Help track campaign performance and event KPIs for post-activation reporting
     

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field 
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, events, or influencer coordination (internship experience welcome) 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • A passion for fashion, Gen Z culture, and social media 
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments 
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to key events (travel covered) 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a self-starter attitude
     

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience supporting events, activations, or brand ambassador programs 
  • Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, or basic video editing 
  • A portfolio or examples of past content or social engagement projects 
  • Familiarity with fashion-forward or youth-led brands
