We’re partnering with a leading promotional products company to hire a Client Experience Coordinator who will support large client accounts, including national brands. This hybrid position, based in North York, Ontario, is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with assigned clients, supporting their branding needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about branded merchandise offerings and how they can meet client objectives. Stay current on industry trends and promotional product innovations.
- Proposal Support: Assist the internal team in developing product proposals that align with client budgets, brand standards, and campaign goals.
- Project Coordination: Help oversee the execution of approved orders from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Problem Resolution: Support the team in addressing client concerns and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Sales Support: Contribute to account growth by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Market Awareness: Share relevant insights about promotional trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
- CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and project status using internal systems.
- Feedback Support: Assist with collecting client feedback and support ongoing efforts to enhance the overall client experience.
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in promotional products, sales coordination, marketing, or client service
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines with professionalism
- Sales acumen and a collaborative, client-first approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
